My favorite part was the hike. But before that, we made talking sticks. Then we made medicine bags. After that we went on a hike. Then we went into a sweat lodge. I learned that people can sit in a sweat lodge for hours.

My favorite part was tacking the hick and I learned that the people who lived there had platted a lot of stuff. Then all those old houses got blow away because of the rain. And we learned about a sweat loge it is very spiritual.

My favorite part about the pit fire was walking through the wash I got my shoes wet and it was not committable. I learned that the hokum lived there along time ago. It was one of the funniest field trips ever. I liked making the talking stick.

My favorite part of the pit fire was the hike .I liked walking through the creek on the hike. I learned that the Hohokam played a game on a homemade ball court just for fun or to settle debuts. First we made Talking Sticks, next we made medicine bags. After that we went on a hike, ate lunch then learned about a sweat lodge. Last we got to see the pots come out of the fire.

I liked how the pots came out. I learned that Native Americans sat in a sweat lodge for an hour or so. My favorite part was when I stepped in the water when we were going on a hike. I liked stepping in the water because I like getting wet. I made a medicine bag. It took some time. It was very difficult

What I learned at the pit fire is when I saw a house of a rancher. We saw our pottery at the pit fire to get hot. We maid a medical basket. Then we made a talking stick if you have it you can talk if you don’t you can’t talk. I licked the fieldtrip because we walked true water.

When I went to the pit fire the pots and wood was already burning.
My favorite part of going to the pit fire was going across the Romero
River (to hike). It was my favorite because I got to get wet and the class
went back to the large group area to eat lunch.

Well what I liked about pit fire was well everything and what I liked the most was the hike especially when we went through the river. What we did that day was make our talking sticks, and the medicine bags witch had herbs in them, and the hike was really fun. Some of us got to find our pots and they were really cool. We also did this sweat lodge where this girl was telling stories and there was this guy who had us goo in this tent I forgot what it was called but we all got to be in it for a little while but it was nice having some part of that day quiet. The hike was the most fun part because we saw a lot of cool sights and some of the sights were of some really cool stories that another lady told us. I learned a lot on that field trip and one thing was that you are lucky to have your own room because the size of an original room which is not that big well that was the size of a whole house for the Indians. Do you feel good about your house because you are lucky? The sight up there was so beautiful in the day light and there was a little ditch and that is were they would play a game sort of like soccer and the ball they used was a ball that was made from sack I think and the game looked really fun to me any way I still wonder what it would be like to be a real life Indian I imagine that it would be really hard for the children and the parents raising them. When they played soccer or what ever it was called I know that they moved a lot of stuff out of the way they played that game to settle wars and fights with them. That’s all I remember from the pit fire and the pit fire was really fun too. There were more stuff to do I think but I do not remember them if mire stuff did happen.
