Goals

Now that you have begun your year as a 4th grader it's time to develop some personal goals. First, you have to understand what a goal is. In your own words, I want you to give me a "kid friendly" definition of what you think a goal is. Once you have defined it I want you to come up with 3-5 personal and academic goals that you would like to focus on this year.  You need to be specific with your goals and don't write things like, "I want to do better in Math."  That isn't a specific enough goal to work on. Be sure to leave your answer as a comment, to help I would first write your response into a Microsoft Word Document so you can check your spelling and grammar.

End of the Year

This is now our last week together in fourth grade, I know that I am going to miss you.  I want you to tell me what some of your favorite parts of fourth grade were.  What did you enjoy the most, and what did you NOT enjoy!

Scholastic Goosebumps Graphix

Goosebumps and Scholastic have teamed up to give kids a unique opportunity to create their own unique scary stories!  The students can insert graphics and bubbles for text so that it looks like a real life comic strip!  Click here to make one for yourself.

U of A History Museum

Today we went down to the history museum to learn more about Native American pottery here in the Southwest region. It was very fun and informative, o think we are all very excited about our pitfire coming up soon!

Door Decorations

Here are some pictures of doors that were around campus. I think that everyone did an outstanding job! No two doors are alike, turned out really nice all thanks to Mrs. O'Meara who helped organize it all. Thanks!

Read In Door Decoration

Here is what the kids put together for the love of reading door decorations. I think it turned out fabulous and makes me want to read all of the Harry Potter books again, great work kids!

Dr. Seuss's Birthday!

Today is our school wide read in! Which one is your favorite book?
